Is A New Hotel in Dunwoody's Future?
The Dunwoody Community Council has approved plans for a major new hotel and retail development on Ashford Dunwoody Road.

The Dunwoody Community Council has approved of a plan to build a new, $25 million hotel and retail center at the corner of Ashford Dunwoody Road and Perimeter Center North.
The Reporter Newspapers said the council voted 5-1 at its Thursday night meeting to recommend approval of the project to Dunwoody officials.
Council member Rick Callihan voted against the project.

Heneghan's Dunwoody Blog is reporting that the development calls for a six-story hotel, coffee shop, several retail shops and restaurant on Ashford Dunwoody Road at Perimeter Center North on the Sterling Point office complex.
The site is located directly across the street from the California Pizza Kitchen.
