The residential development has been accepting reservations from new home buyers since May.
Word is that John Wieland’s Dunwoody Green will soon go on the market.
Henghan's Dunwoody Blog reports that the homes are priced between the $300s and $600s.
According to Wieland's website, the company began accepting reservations from new home buyers in mid May 2013.
Dunwoody Green is part of a partnership with the city entitled “Project Renaissance.”
Dunwoody Green will surround the City’s new Georgetown Park, now under construction, between Chamblee-Dunwoody Road and North Shallowford Road.
