Krystal Helps Military Families in New Partnership

Operation Purple has helped over 50,000 military men and woman and their family members, but in recent years the program has experienced a drop in funding, and 10 children's camps across the southeast have shutdown.

Dunwoody-based food chain, Krystal, celebrates Veterans Day by partnering with the National Military Family Association’s Operation Purple Program, which helps military families cope during deployment, reintegration and after an injury.

An announcement said that Operation Purple has helped over 50,000 military men and woman and their family members, but in recent years the program has experienced a drop in funding, and 10 children’s camps across the southeast have shutdown. The Krystal partnership will enable several camps to re-open, the statement said.
