New Hotel Planned for Perimeter Center
A Residence Inn by Marriott is being planned for Ashford Dunwoody Road.
DUNWOODY, GA -- Plans have been unveiled for a new Residence Inn by Marriott on Ashford-Dunwoody Road.
Hotel Development Partners has released the plans, reports Curbed Atlanta, which call for a seven-story hotel to be built next to the Spruill Center.
Also, the developer says a new Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse and several other shops and restaurants arein the works for the adjacent shopping center.
