13th Annual Kirkwood Wine Stroll Celebrates Eclectic Neighborhood
One of Atlanta's most recognizable communities is holding its annual showcase of wine, local food and fun.

ATLANTA — The 13th Annual Kirkwood Wine Stroll will be held on Friday, Sept. 20, 2019. Celebrating the historic and eclectic in-town neighborhood of Kirkwood, this festival offers an opportunity to enjoy samples of wines from around the world, a diverse lineup of live music, and small bites from local restaurants available for purchase. The event will take place in the downtown Kirkwood historic district, rain or shine, and tickets are $40 until the week before the event.
The businesses in this historic Atlanta neighborhood open their doors and invite guests to sample wines from around the world while they enjoy the community experience. With each ticket purchased, guests receive a souvenir wine glass and program. Proceeds from the Wine Stroll will be used to enhance the downtown business district and help fund other Kirkwood organizations and events. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit the event's website.
There are more than 40 participating locations, with more than 80 samples of red and white wines throughout the stroll. There will also be local craft beer from Second Self Beer Company available for purchase. Restaurants in the downtown business district will be open, and additional local selections will be available as small plates for purchase.
