Bohemian House Under Construction in Old Fourth Ward
High-end apartments to be built by the end of the year.
OLD FOURTH WARD — Construction of the $35 million Bohemian House or BOHO project is underway.
Cincinnati-based North American Properties is expected to complete the 276-unit, high-end apartment building by the fall of 2013.
The project of one- and two-bedroom apartments, sits on a 3.7-acre tract bounded by Glen Iris Drive, Dallas and Rankin streets and Historic Fourth Ward Park.
