Demolition Permits Issued for The Masquerade

The days are indeed numbered for one of Atlanta’s most iconic music landmarks.
According to CurbedAtlanta, demolition permits have been issued for the Masquerade on North Avenue, across the street from the Ponce City Market.

Plans for the site seem to indicate the historic mill building will be spared, with apartments being built on the rest of the site.
