East Atlantans Recognized For Community Service
Daniel Dorfman and Tom Hunter were recognized for their volunteer work through Mercedes-Benz's Greatness Lives Here initiative.
ATLANTA -- In honor of National Volunteer Week, Mercedes-Benz USA recognized East Atlanta residents Daniel Dorfman of Atlanta Music Project and Tom Hunter of Second Helpings Atlanta as top volunteers. Dorfman and Hunter were recognized for their work at its “Greatness Lives Here: Heroes Behind The Heroes” awards reception at MBUSA’s headquarters earlier this month.
The organization joined Dietmar Exler, MBUSA’s president & CEO, on stage to honor Dorfman and Hunter, who volunteer to ensure their non-profits make a positive impact throughout the community. The awards ceremony was part of Greatness Lives Here, an initiative which highlights individuals and organizations.
