New Condo Project Breaks Ground Near Beltline

The 29-unit development is in the Old Fourth Ward and was designed by Atlanta-based TSW Architecture, Planning & Landscape Architecture.

Progress is underway on an exciting new condominium project on Airline Street in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, just a block away from the Atlanta Beltline. Designed by Atlanta-based TSW, the 29-unit complex will be developed by Washington-based Capital City Real Estate in partnership with Historic District Development Corporation, a local non-profit focused on revitalizing the area around the King Historic District. The condominiums will be built by Capital City Construction and marketed by City Haus and should be completed in summer 2019. Units will range from 640-1,400 square feet and will be priced from $300,000-$600,000+. Amenities will include a rooftop gathering space with a firepit, outdoor kitchen and commanding views of the Atlanta skyline, a pet washing area and bicycle storage. Each individual unit has been designed with private outdoor spaces and some have private sidewalks.
