ATLANTA, GA — An Ormewood Park homeowner shot a suspected burglar, and the suspect remains in critical condition.
The homeowner shot the suspect when he say him climbing through the window of his home, according to CBS46. Police said the homeowner is not expected to face charges.
The suspect was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in critical condition. Police say he will be charged if he survives.
