Robbery Suspect Shoots at Atlanta Police Officer, Three in Custody: Cops
The suspects were taken into custody after they attempted to flee from the officers in Southeast Atlanta.
Three robbery suspects were taken into custody in Southeast Atlanta Friday after police say they tried to flee from officers, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports.
Atlanta Police said they attempted to stop two separate vehicles. The individuals taken into custody are believed to be connected to robberies that took place earlier that evening in the area of Ormewood Avenue, police said.
According to police, one of the suspects fired shots at officers during a foot pursuit in the woodline.
