Auditions in Marietta for MLK Tribute
The celebration of the life of Dr. King will be held on Jan. 19 and is sponsored by the Cobb County NAACP and Cobb County government.

Performers interested in auditioning for roles in an upcoming tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. are invited to showcase their talents at two upcoming sessions in East Cobb.
East Cobber Magazine reports that the final two auditions for the tribute will be held at 6 p.m. on Jan. 8 and 10 a.m. on Jan. 10 at the Cobb County Civic Center in Marietta.
Auditions are limited to three minutes in length and can feature music, dance, or dramatic readings based on the theme ”50 Years Later: Believe It, Achieve It.” The tribute itself will be held on Jan. 19.
