Kids can meet Homer, play Braves Bingo, and take part in all sorts of fun Braves and reading related activities at the library from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The fun is all part of the Home Run Readers Program, which offers youngsters certificates and Braves tickets for reading and writing online, East Cobber Magazine says.
To participate in the Home Run Readers Program, K-12 students read one book about sports or sportsmanship, register for the program, complete an age-appropriate online activity, print your certificate, and take it to the library where it is redeemed for an offer code which can unlock a Braves ticket or Subway voucher.
