Cobb County Early Voting Starts, Runs Through Dec. 31

Cobb initially planned only five advance-voting locations for the Jan. 5 runoff elections, but later added two more.

COBB COUNTY, GA — Early in-person voting in Cobb County for the Jan. 5 runoff elections will be available at only five locations starting Monday. Two more locations will open for the final week of voting.

Cobb County residents can vote at any of these locations during early voting, regardless of what your assigned precinct would be on Jan. 5. You must already be registered to vote.

Eleven advance-voting sites had been open in Georgia's third most populous county for the Nov. 3 general election, but the number initially was cut back to five for the runoffs because of staffing issues. After backlash from voting-rights groups and Democrats, Cobb County Voting Director Janine Eveler added two more.
