MARIETTA, GA -- A GoFundMe account has been set up to cover the funeral expenses of one of the victim's of this week's East Cobb double shooting. Jake Allen Horne, 21, died Thursday from his injuries at Kennestone Hospital. Horne and Gordon Montcolm, 38, were allegedly shot during a home remodeling dispute by Larry Epstein, 68, who remains in jail without bond in Cobb County.

Police expect charges to be upgraded against Epstein, who is already facing charges of aggravated assault and aggravated battery.

Horne's GoFundMe describes him as a "kind, smart, caring, loving person. In the last few years he had dark moments like losing both his parents, but he also lived his life to the fullest. He was always happy and smiling, and cracking jokes. He's leaving behind his baby sister, but he'll be with his family and parents who have passed on as well."
