Drift Fish House To Reopen Saturday After Deep Cleaning
The Avenue East Cobb restaurant is one of several area eateries that have had to close when employees tested positive for COVID-19.

EAST COBB, GA — Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar will reopen Saturday after closing for two days to sanitize when an employee tested positive for COVID-19.
The Avenue East Cobb restaurant announced on its Facebook page that it would reopen at 5 p.m. Saturday that it would reopen for dine-in, takeout delivery. At the same time, it asked patrons to make reservations, practice social distancing and limit group sizes to 10.
The restaurant said via social media that its employee is “safe and is in quarantine” and that it was following the guidance of Cobb and Douglas Public Health in handling the situation.

East Cobb News reported COVID-19 infections had forced several other area restaurants to close, including Paradise Grille, Moxie Burger and Moxie Taco.
