and the Atlanta Jewish Gene Screen present "Is There a 'Jewish Gene'? Genetics and Jewish Identity," the first program of the school year in the Emory at the Etz series. Emory University's Paul Root Wolpe, the director of Emory's Center for Ethics, and Karen Arnovitz Grinzaid, the Jewish Genetic Disease Program director, are the speakers about Jewish genetic history and testing for 19 genetic diseases in the Jewish population.
