annual homecoming parade will run from to the high school, starting at 6 p.m. A portion of Holt Road will close shortly before 6 for the parade and reopen after the parade, not later than 7. A mini-carnival with a dunk tank, a cake walk, face painting and other activities will take place in the parking lot in front of Wheeler after the parade.
It will be one of the final activities in the parking lot before a construction fence seals it off Tuesday, Oct. 18.
