Focus Brands Buys Jamba Juice, Including East Cobb Location

Focus Brands bought Jamba Juice for $200 million.

ATLANTA, GA -- Atlanta-based Focus Brands has bought Jamba Juice, whose handful of local locations includes East Cobb, for $200 million. Jamba is based in Frisco, Texas. After the Jamba acquisition, Focus, through its affiliate brands, is the franchisor and operator of more than 6,000 restaurants, cafes, ice cream shoppes and bakeries in the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and over 50 foreign countries under the brand names Carvel, Cinnabon, Schlotzsky’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Auntie Anne’s, McAlister’s Deli and Jamba Juice, as well as Seattle’s Best Coffee on certain military bases and in certain international markets.

Jamba Juice has more than 800 locations worldwide, including Decatur, Buckhead and East Cobb.
