Local Advances on 'The Voice'
Zach Seabaugh made it into the top 11 on the popular television contest.
A Marietta musician is getting closer to achieving the dream of a lifetime after voters advanced him into the top 11 of the televised singing competition “The Voice.”
Zach Seabaugh, who attends Kennesaw Mountain High School, will be returning to the program after voters from across the country said they wanted him to stay in the competition, the Marietta Daily Journal reports.

Earlier in the program, Seabaugh had performed with country music star Blake Shelton and the other two members of Shelton’s team in a rendition of “Lean on Me.”
Seabaugh brought the house down with his solo rendition of Little Texas’ “My Love” to convince voters that he should move on to the next round.
