In Loving Memory of Dianne Spears Anderson, 68

Dianne Spears Anderson, 68, of Marietta passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015.

A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the Chapel of Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta.

Dianne was a 1965 graduate of Marietta High School and was actively involved in her class’ monthly get-togethers. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, a Bunco group, and a Mahjong group and was a huge Alabama football fan. She retired from the Marietta City School System.

Dianne is survived by her husband, Charles L. “Chuck” Anderson of Marietta; daughter, Melissa Khan and her husband, Jameel of Kennesaw; and the light of her life, her grandson, Porter Khan.

Contributions may be made in loving memory of Dianne to the WellStar Foundation in care of the Dianne Spears Anderson Fund, 805 Sandy Plains Road, Ste. 100, Marietta, GA 30066.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
