Fred D. Tompkins, 84, of Marietta passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2015.
A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday in the Chapel of Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta with Rev. Beverly Casstevens officiating. Interment will be held at Mountain View Cemetery in Marietta following the service.
Fred was a former member of Smyrna Squares and a current member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Hiram.
Survivors include two daughters, Marie Blake of Marietta and Serita Beaman Lombard of Dallas; six grandchildren, Joshua, Amanda, Michael, Marlaia, Courtney, and Devin; four great grandchildren, Alannah, Chandler, Landon, and Caden; brother, Ed Tompkins; several nieces and nephews.
