What's Open, Closed in East Cobb for Christmas
Administrative offices and trash pickup schedules are being affected by the holiday break.
EAST COBB, GA -- Various entities around the East Cobb area are changing their hours of operation during the Christmas season.
City of Marietta and Cobb County offices will close Thursday and Friday, and will also be closed on New Year’s Day. Police, fire and other services essential for public safety and health remain open.
Garbage collection for Marietta residents has been altered as follows:

Regular services for Monday and Thursday will be on Monday only
Regular services for Tuesday and Friday will be on Tuesday only
All Roll Cart customers will be serviced on Tuesday
Yard waste services will be on Wednesday
If you live outside city limits, you will have to contact your sanitation provider for information on this week’s sanitation schedule.
