Community Health Assessment Available for Review

A Community Health Assessment provides the foundation for protecting and improving the health of a community. These assessments also identify and describe factors that affect the health of a population.

The preliminary Community Health Assessment for Gwinnett County is now available for review. In creating this assessment, we have looked at the health status of our community and factors in our community that contribute to health challenges. We thank our community partners for the valuable data and guidance they have shared.
