Man's Body Found In Norcross Park: Reports
An unidentified man was found shot to death Monday morning in a Norcross-area park, say Gwinnett police.
NORCROSS, GA — Gwinnett County police are investigating the discovery of a body Monday morning in a park just outside of Norcross, according to media reports. They have not announced whether the death is the result of foul play, WXIA-TV 11Alive reported.
The police are working to identify the victim, a police spokesman told 11Alive. He is described as a middle-aged white male who suffered a gunshot wound.
A groundskeeper in Pinckneyville Park found the body at about 10 a.m. in an overgrown ditch, according to authorities.

The police found a gun and a backpack at the scene, and investigators said they believe the shooting occurred in the park, 11Alive reported.
