Officers are on the hunt for two suspects accused of stealing a Cartersville Police Department patrol vehicle on Saturday. Inside the vehicle were a shotgun and rifle, and police say suspects Rudy Lee Vinson and Annastasia Nicole Earwood -- wanted on unrelated burglary charges -- are behind the alleged Dec. 10 theft. >>> Read more.
