The City of Lawrenceville will host its 15th annual PRELUDE celebration to honor America’s Day of Independence on Friday, July 2, 2021. The event will feature a very special musical line-up, including Timothy Miller, the 116th Army Band, Riley Biederer, and Electric Avenue - the 80s MTV Experience at the newly renovated Lawrenceville Lawn stage. It all begins at 5 pm and will be followed by a stunning fireworks display to conclude the evening. 

Brought to you by Consolidated Pipe & Supply, Oakhurst Realty Partners, Camp Gladiator, Precision Planning, Kona Ice of Gwinnett, and Tikiz.   Come early . . . visit one of Downtown Lawrenceville’s delicious restaurants on the square, grab dinner from one of several food truck choices, or bring your own picnic!  Beer and wine will be available for purchase.  Chairs and blankets are welcome at the Lawrenceville Lawn; however, no grills or open flames are allowed in the park.  As always, plenty of free parking will be available throughout the Downtown District.  Public parking information is available at MyCityServices.
