The Client Service Coordinator will assist clients and their pets through the pet hospital and help maximize productivity of the veterinary medical team. Responsibilities also include actively recruiting new clients by promoting hospital services and more.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. A medical background, either in veterinary or human healthcare or pharmaceutical is preferred. At least one year related experience required with customer service is also preferred.
