Violations: 2-2A, Violation of Code: [.03(4)(a)-(f) ] Person in charge was unaware of the employee health policy. Person(s)in charge need to be aware of the employee heath policy which included 5 symptoms and 5 illnesses. Person(s) in charge must also know what to do in the event that employee report any of the symptoms or diseases. Person in charge must have inform all employees of this policy. Employee health policy was discussed during the inspection and hand out was given at the time of the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 2-2D, Violation of Code: [.06(2)(o) ] Hand sink located in server station was being used as a dump sink, ice observed in sink at the time of the inspection. Hand sinks are for hand washing only. Ice was removed from sink and person in charge informed staff of this. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(c)1(i)-(iii),(v),(viii) ] Raw chicken in freezer was stored above raw biscuits and raw beef. Food in coolers and freezers needs to be stored according internal cook temp/bacterial load to prevent cross contamination.
