Must use a handwashing sink for handwashing only. If this item is marked out on the next routine inspection your permit may be suspended for three repeat violations.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation. 4-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(c)1(i)-(iii),(v),(viii) ] Raw shell eggs in a case was stored over ready-to-eat ham in the walkin cooler. Had manager move items so they were stored properly. Manager said he will clean soon. Had manager label containers with common name. Advised manager to repair or replace items.
