Development Inspector II or III

Gwinnett County is currently hiring for a Development Inspector II or III. The incumbent will be assigned to the Inspections Section of the Development Division. They will be responsible for reviewing plans and conducting inspections of construction for development sites. They will investigate and gather information on code violations, issue warnings and citations and make suggestions to correct deficiencies. 

A High School diploma or G.E.D is required. A minimum of seven years of related construction or trades experience is required with four years of code enforcement/inspections experience.
