Violations: 6-2, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(g) ] Sweet potato patties, gravy, and meat sauce in walk in cooler did not contain labels for the preparation or discard date. Label these items. All potentially hazardous foods kept 24 hours or more must be labeled with the preparation date and time or discard date and time.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 12C, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(m) ] Sanitizer buckets with chlorine had a concentration of 0 parts per million. Employee mixed new batch of sanitizer with proper strength. Chlorine sanitizer must be of adequate strength (50 to 100 parts per million) to properly sanitize surfaces.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
