Get Rid Of Hazardous Waste On Collection Day In Gwinnett
Some of the hazardous materials accepted are car batteries, pesticides, and propane cylinders.
The Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources and Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful have joined together to sponsor its second annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day. Residents can bring up to five containers of hazardous waste July 20 from 8 a.m. to noon, Gwinnett County said in a news release.
The containers can be brought to Gwinnett County Fairgrounds at 2405 Sugarloaf Pkwy in Lawrenceville. A list of the hazardous materials and photos of the acceptable containers can be found below.
