Insurance Company Opens Headquarters in Lawrenceville

A new insurance firm opened its headquarters in Lawrenceville Tuesday, and it expects to create 55 jobs by 2014, according to the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.

Berkley Southeast Insurance Group first opened in January, and it is located at  1745 North Brown Road, Suite 400.

"We are excited to have found a permanent home in metro Atlanta and one that will enable us to serve our local communities efficiently and effectively," said company president Dennis Barger, as quoted by the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.

Among the companies Berkley Southeast Insurance Group's serves are: construction, manufacturing, and real estate in six southern states.
