Lawrenceville Docket Book: March 14

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on March 14, 2013. Those arrested and their charges include:

Richard Lee Willis, 749 Teal Ct, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, improper/erratic lane change and obstruction of officer.

Rama Dee McClenny, 1171 New Hope Rd, was arrested and charged with forgery 4th degree, financial identity fraud and credit card fraud.

Ronald Eugene McClenny, 1171 New Hope Road, was arrested and charged with obstruction of law enforcement officer.

Emmanuel Guadalupe Salcedo, 855 Pointers Way, was arrested and charged with VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Ivan Dario Perez-Durango, 203 Neal Blvd, was arrested and charged with speeding and no drivers license.

A'keem Arthur Lumford, Apt 607 3525 Club Drive, was arrested and charged with 2/32 inch tread on all grooves and no drivers license.

Walter Jerome Lowe, 1876 Alcovy Trace Way, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.

Zachary James Ziegler, Apt 1212 1000 Duluth Hwy, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspened/revoked and speeding / 1st offense / 15-18 over.

Alexis Saymone Scott, 305 Sterling Hill Dr, was arrested and charged with credit card fraud and FTA bench warrant.

Cesar Augusto Morales-Hernandez, 161 Leigh Kay Dr, was arrested and charged with no drivers license and obstruction law enforcement officer.

Shawna Miller, 1931 Amber Dawn Way, was arrested and charged with battery and cruelty to children - third degree.

Tommy Glenn Easley, 570 Cedarhurst Rd, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Richard Lewis Palm, 830 Clayton Street, was arrested and charged with urinating defecating in public.

Richard James Cole, 2105 Kings Valley, was arrested and charged with improper parking, open container law, DUI- drugs/alcohol and drivers license to be exhibited on demand.

Ruben Herrera, 546 Pond Lilly Rd, was arrested and charged with following too closely and driving while license suspended/revoked.

Zainab M Hussaini, 1504 Enclace Dr, was arrested and charged with keeping a gambling place, commercial gambling and possession of gambling devices.

Kevin Villegas, 3082 Ferrite Loop, was arrested and charged with tag light visible 50 ft. and driving while license suspended/revoked.

Donald Paul Winters, 410 Charleston Ln, was arrested and charged with giving false name or information and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Travis Scott Crowder, 2729 Springfount Trl, was arrested and charged with improper lane change and hit and run.
