Lawrenceville Docket Book: March 17

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on March 17, 2013. Those arrested and their charges include: 

Quinton Remondy Colvin, 650 Old Johnson Rd, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, speeding and improper class of license.

Israr Ahmed Khan, 515 Cedarhurst Rd, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, improper use of dealer tag, DUI alcohol, failure to maintain lane and open container violation (driver only).

Ralph Demont Barney, 695 Clairidge Lane, was arrested and charged with motor vehicle must have two headlights, driving while license suspended/revoked and improper name and address.

Bruce Victor Laurente, 1600 Green Oak Cir, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce and speeding / 1st offense / 15-18 over.

Dervis Kostic, Apt 6304 158 Paper Mill Rd, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

Kareem Sannoh Togba, 1163 Simonton Hill Ct, was arrested and charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI alcohol.

Malcolm Ervin Vernon Lane, 1041 Wallace Hill Rdg, was arrested and charged with DUI - drugs/alcohol, failure to appear and driving while license suspended/revoked.

Mihai Marian, 1516 Parc Main St, was arrested and charged with DUI-more than 0.10% blood alcohol.

Pablo Gonzalez-Robles, 215 Paper Mill Dr Apt B5, was arrested and charged with operating vehicle with suspended/cancelled/revoked registration, DUI - alcohol and no drivers license.

Andrew Charles Bordewisch, 205 Camden Creek Ct, was arrested and charged with loitering & prowling, possession/purchase alcohol under 21 and DUI-alcohol.

Justin Lamar Curry, 1643 Cagle Ct, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Derek Ramnarine, 2337 Oakland Walk Dr, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.

Ainenehi Abiodun, 849 Lynnfield Dr, was arrested and charged with reckless conduct.

Emir Terzic, 637 McCart Rd, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and theft by taking.

Latonette Wesu Jenkins, 303 5355 Sugarloaf Pkwy, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, simple battery and cruelty to children-3rd degree.

Alexis Claire Thornton, 680 Emerald Forest Cir, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than 300.00 and obstruction.

Darlington Neon, Apt 109 5355 Sugarloaf Pkwy, was arrested and charged with simple battery.

Morris Jerome Coley, 250 Twin Brook Way, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Jennifer Christen Lowry, 250 Twin Brook Way, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Jovante Maurice Scales, 405 Philip Blvd Apt 610, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.

Damion Richard Sinclair, 572 Downing St, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, registration & license plate required, DUI alcohol, removing, affixing plate to conceal and laying drags or reckless conduct with auto.

Donald Olson Smith, 353 Wildwood Ct, was arrested and charged with pointing gun or pistol at another.

David S Virgen, 2410 Lofton Ct, was arrested and charged with vehicle seat belt required-front seat, failure to have license on person and driving while license withdrawn.
