Lawrenceville Docket Book: March 28

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on March 28, 2013. Those arrested and their charges include:

Joseph Cambronne Mahotiere, Apt 602 255 Honeysuckle Circle, was arrested and charged with purchase/possession of alcohol by person under 21 and simple assault.

Morgan Brittany Campbell, 1290 Creekwood Cv, was arrested and charged with VGCSA of C/S

Neremiah Jeremy McKinney, 3330 Saint James Pl, was arrested and charged with crossing divided highway/gore/barrier/shield/ emergency lane, driving while license suspended/revoked and improper lane change.

Benjamin Marshall III, 465 Oak Springs Dr, was arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Deandra Nicole Murray, 798 Stillwater Ln, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, operating vehicle with suspended/cancelled/revoked registration and no proof of insurance.

Edwin Benitez, 1822 Patterson Park Dr, was arrested and charged with no drivers license, open container law and expired tag.

Kenneth Ervin Starks, 2827 Swarthmore Dr, was arrested and charged with rape, armed robbery and sodomy/aggravated sodomy.

Tyler Devon Summerour, 735 Winding River Drive, was arrested and charged with burglary first degree.

Gloria Patricia Hernandez, 3121 Morris Ln, was arrested and charged with improper lane change and not licensed to drive.

Marc Stephen Mauge, 518 Musical Court, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding / 1st offense / 24-30 over.

Walter Victor Dougan, 105 Supreme Ct., was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and DUI alcohol.
