Lawrenceville Docket Book: May 12

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lawrenceville, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lawrenceville residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on May 12, 2013. Those arrested and their charges include:

Max Hernandez-Sanchez, 2729 Porter Dr, was arrested and charged with speeding, DUI-more than 0.10% blood alcohol and improper lane change.

Carlos Bardales-Hernandez, 2624 Herrington Woods Ct, was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, improper lane change and no drivers license.

Israel Carrasco, 720 Martin Field Dr, was arrested and charged with motor vehicle on wrong side of road, open container law, DUI-more than 0.10% blood alcohol and improper lane change.

Daniel Porter Chavez, 1274 Britain Dr, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct - public intoxication.

Edwin Benitez, 1822 Patterson Park Dr, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Timothy Spurlock, 1287 Webb Gin House Rd, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Denis Ivan Ordonez-Umanzor, 467 Bridge Way, was arrested and charged with FTA bench warrant, obscurred or missing license plates and new resident -30 days to obtain license.

Micah Demille Fredrick, 1398 Brays Mill Trace, was arrested and charged with possession of less an ounce of marijuana, operating vehicle while text messaging, improper/erratic lane change, possession of open alcohol container and driving while license suspended/revoked.
