Lawrenceville Mom Accused of Driving Drunk with Six Children

Gwinnett County police charged Rachel Rosario with DUI and six counts of child endangerment, among other charges.

A Lawrenceville mom is back home after spending her Memorial Day weekend in jail.

Rachel Rosario is accused of driving while intoxicated with six children -- ages 5 to 12. Gwinnett County police say witnesses discovered the woman driving erratically the parking lot of Skate-A-Long USA on Beaver Ruin Road in Lilburn, according to an AJC report. 

She was booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center late in the evening of May 25, and subsequently released on bond Monday about 9 p.m., according to jail records.

She is officially charged with: six counts of DUI and child endangerment, improper/erratic lane change, DUI of alcohol and failure to have a license on person.
