Man Who Touched Girl In Clothing Store Sought By Gwinnett Police
Authorities have released a cellphone image of a man that may have inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl in a Burlington store.

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — Authorities have released a cellphone image of a man that may have inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl in a clothing store. Gwinnett County Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man suspected in an incident that occurred about 6 p.m. Jan. 1 at Burlington Coat Factory, 5900 Sugarloaf Parkway in unincorporated Lawrenceville.
The girl told her mother and police that the man rubbed his genitals against her as she was kneeling down to look at some clothing. Investigators say the man tried to talk with the girl, and asked her age.
The quick-thinking girl used her phone to get a picture of the man. Police describe the suspect as about 5 feet 6 inches tall with dark hair. In the photo he wore a dark blue windbreaker jacket with three white stripes. The jacket has grey lining.
