Violations: 6-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Potentially hazardous foods in the small 1 door cooler at the end of the cook line were above 41F (see temperature observations). Foods were discarded. All potentially hazardous foods cold holding must be maitained at or below 41F.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(q) ] The small 1 door cooler at the end of the cook line is not maintaining an ambient air temperature sufficient to keep potentially hazardous foods at/below 41F. Do not use cooler until repaired. Equipment must be in good repair and proper calibration. New Violation.  Repeat Violation.
