Foods were discarded. All potentially hazardous foods cold holding must be maitained at or below 41F.  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(q) ] The small 1 door cooler at the end of the cook line is not maintaining an ambient air temperature sufficient to keep potentially hazardous foods at/below 41F.
