Violations: 6-1A, Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Pork, chicken held overnight in the upright cooler were >41F (see temp chart). Foods discarded at the time of inspection. Potentially hazardous food (time/temperature control for safety food) shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(a) ] Upright cooler not properly working; ambient air temperature measured 55F. CFSM stated that he noticed the cooler was not on when he arrived this morning, so he turned it on. Maintain equipment in good repair.  New Violation. 15B, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(h),(i) ] Wash water in the front of house dish sink measured 86F while dishes were actively being washed. Wash water in the kitchen dish sink measured 106F while dishes were actively being washed. The temperature of the wash solution in manual ware washing equipment shall be maintained at not less than 110°F (43°C) or the temperature specified on the cleaning agent manufacturer's label instructions.  New Violation. 17A, Violation of Code: [.07(2)(l) ] Men's & women's restroom doors don't close completely/properly. A toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door.  Repeat Violation.
