Discard time not documented on product. Had facility document on product the time when it was removed from temperature control. Have leak repaired. Walk in freezers must operate properly.  New Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(6)(q) ] Drawer cooler with ambient air temperature above 70 deg. F. Refrigerators must have an ambient air temperature of 41 deg. F or less and must hold food at 41 deg. F or less.  New Violation.
