A Stormy Weekend Ahead: Gwinnett County Weather

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — The scattered thunderstorms that have been pouring on parts of Gwinnett County this week won't be letting up at all this weekend.

The chance for showers and thunderstorms will top 50 percent several times this weekend, and there's a decent chance we'll have rain every day.

If there's an upside, it's that temperatures are expected to dip a few degrees, from the low 90s into the upper 80s.

West wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph. Saturday night brings a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 73.
