1. The Gwinnett County Veterans Memorial Museum will unveil a special display in City Hall Monday, July 29 at 10:30 a.m. The event is open to the public
2. A public hearing will be held Monday, July 29, 2013 at 3:00pm about an appeal by a Police Officer trying to clear their name following disciplinary action. It will be held in the city council chamber.
3. School buses will be rolling throughout the county starting Wednesday, July 31. Buses will be driving practice routes through August 6, one day before school starts.
4. The final Brown Bag Concert of the summer will take place Friday, August 2 at the Historic Courthouse. The fun family event starts at 11am and features Scott Douglas Steel Drums.
5. Tuesday, July 30 is National Cheesecake Day.
