According to manufacture's label, QUAT must be between 200-400PPM.  New Violation. 14A, Violation of Code: [.04(4)(k) ] Ice scoop in ice machine. Cup without handle stored in sugar. Ice scoop relocated to a separate storage container. Cup in sugar removed. Dispensing utensils must have a handle & must be stored with handle extended out of food.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. 15A, Violation of Code: [.05(1)(a) ] Fryer basket with disconnected wire. Equipment must be maintained.  New Violation.
