Lilburn Police Offer Gun Safety Seminar

The Lilburn Police Department will host a Firearm Safety Seminar on Thursday, March 21, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. This seminar is designed for the public and will cover a variety of topics, including gun safety and gun laws. Register by emailing Training Coordinator Sgt. Tim Allen at tallen@cityoflilburn.com.

The Lilburn Police Department would like to educate citizens on firearms safety, as well as current firearm laws, in order to foster responsible firearm ownership. The following topics will be covered during the seminar:

The seminar is lecture-based, and citizens do not need to bring anything to the class. Gun locks will be provided free of charge to attendees.  The location of the seminar will be announced at a later date.
