Arrest Report: Distributing Drugs in School Zone, Shoplifting and More
Here is list of recent arrests of Lilburn residents from May 17-23.
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lilburn, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Lilburn residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between May 17-23. Those arrested and their charges include:

- Aaron Christopher Allison, of 4424 Nanticoke Ct., was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and loitering and prowling.
- Matthew Jay Webler, of Lilburn, was arrested on hold for other agency.
- Mario Dandre Heningburg, of 758 Willowgate Cir., was arrested and charged with battery and cruelty to children in the third degree.
May 22:
- Christopher Todd Abbott, of 2098 McDaniels Bridge Rd., was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
- Alice Nichole Morgan, of 511 Woodcliff Dr., was arrested on hold for court.
- Shandra Nicole White, of 190 Cross Creek Dr., was arrested and charged with VGCSA within a thousand feet of an elementary school, criminal trespassing, obstruction of officer and VGCSA possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

- Hilton Lance Dobbins, of 1690 Petticoat Ln., was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
- Kwabena Isaac Ofosu, of 1091 Indian Way, was arrested and charged with tag light visible 50 feet, driving while license suspended/revoked and obstruction of law enforcement officer.
- Demetrious Danriel Thomas, of 4930 Cold Springs, was arrested and charged with failure to appear and disorderly conduct.
- Heron Jaime Tavera, of 4345 Five Forks Trickum Rd., was arrested and charged with parole violation.
- Andrew Imuzai, of 2868 Heather Row Ridge, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (less than $300).
- Syeda Kameelah Saahir, of 514 Holly Ridge Dr., was arrested on hold for other agency.
- Amir Mansur Farhoosh, of 446 Berckman Dr., was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking.
- Jitendra Ratanchand Jain, of 1203 Indian Way, was arrested and charged with failure to appear and driving without headlights.
May 20:
- Corey Deleon Bookert, of 805 Pleasant Hill Rd., was arrested and charged with failure to appear.
- Constantino Nmn Pacheco-Silva, of 1473 Woodcliff Dr., was arrested and charged with hold for immigration, simple battery and no valid license.
May 19:
- Gayfron Jeffrey Crawley, of 4822 Arrowhead Trl., was arrested and charged with cruelty to children and simple battery.
- James Dickson Grimes, of 1532 Bentwood Dr., was arrested and charged with DUI.
- Clarence Whitfield, of 3770 Corral Way, was arrested and charged with DUI and improper/erratic lane change.
May 18:
- Jorge Chisna-Tion, of 4915 Brandlwood Way, was arrested and charged with DUI, improper lane change, hold for immigration and no drivers license.
- Ricardo Cardona, of 627 Burnt Creek Way, was arrested and charged with improper lane change and DUI.
- James Kevin Griffin, of 26113 Apache Ln., was arrested and charged with simple battery.
- Candice Michelle Robb, of 3915 Embassy Way, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (less than $300).
- Asheber Taye Robi, of 895 Indian Lake Dr., was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
May 17:
- Elbert Davis, of 3953 Johns St., was arrested and charged with expired or no license plate, failure to maintain insurance, driving while license suspended/revoked, operating vehicle with suspended/cancelled/revoked registration, and hold for other agency.
- Jeffrey Jay Oakes, of 1607 Hickory Dr., was arrested and charged with giving false name or information and hold for other agency.
- Emma Villa, of 884 Wilton Ln., was arrested and charged with cruelty to children.
