Arrest Report: Underage Drinking, Disorderly Conduct and More

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s Docket Book. The following individuals from Lilburn, Ga. have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Lilburn residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between May 10-16. Those arrested and their charges include:

May 16:

• Yasander Rapheal Vilorio-Hidalgo, of 4480 Preston, was arrested and charged with an FTA bench warrant. 
• David Allan Pruett, of 764 Rebecca St., was arrested and charged with improper/erratic lane change, reckless driving and speeding.
• Wilfredo Antonio Aquino-Solorzano, of 678 Freeman Dr., was arrested and charged with failure to obey traffic control device and no vaild license.
• Fumilayo Adele Imuzai, of 4564 Rivercliff Dr., was arrested and charged with violation of probation.

May 15:

• Ollisha Lashae Williams, of 1100 Indian Trail Lilburn Rd., was arrested and charged with hold for other agency.
• Nicole Monique Fareaux, of 455 Bruce Way, was arrested and charged with suspended registration, no seatbelt (adult) and disorderly conduct.
• Blessing Tina Odiboh, of 1441 Dickens Rd., was arrested and charged with failure to appear, endangering security interest and hold for immigration.
• Ryan William Moskal, of 231 Nouveau Ct., was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, suspended registration and no proof of insurance.
• Stanley Fernando Rush, of 5366 Haverford Mill Cv., was arrested and charged with hold for other agency.
• Ashley Shantay White, of 190 Cross Creek Dr., was arrested and charged with failure to appear.
• Julie Renee Bowen, 4982 Cross Ct., was arrested and charged with possession of less than 1 oz. and VGCSA.
• Jordan Meshach Chance, of 2202 Dudley Ct., was arrested and charged with less than an oz. of marijuana and criminal damage in the second degree.
• Justin Malik Chance, of 2202 Dudley Ct., was arrested and charged with less than a oz. of marijuana, criminal damage in the second degree and purchase/possession of alcohol under 21.

May 14:

• Carlos Antonio Cerrato, of 710 Harbins Cv. Dr., was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and failure to signal while turning/changing lanes.
• Anthony Hugh Corbin, of 515 Harvard Dr., was arrested and charged with all lenses must be good, driving while license suspended/revoked, operating a low speed vehicle, hold for other agency, and improper name and address.
• Roger Anthony Philip, of 190 Cross Creek Dr., was arrested and charged with possessionof marijuana less than 1 oz.

May 13:

• Marcus Octavious Miles, of 906 Dickens Rd., was arrested and charged with parole violation.
• Crystal Evette Miranda, of 1301 Wood Cliff Dr., was arrested and charged with violation of probation.
• Alberto Alfonso Suarez-Ramirez, of 4964 Boxwood Ct., was arrested and charged with use of license plate to conceal ID, no driver's license and no proof of insurance.

May 12:

• Donte Montrel Graham, of 1855 Killian Hill Rd., was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by minor and giving false name or information.
• Amanda Lynn Rochard, of 4987 Holly Ridge Ct., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Julie Ann Sochon, of 1301 Renee Dr., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunk.

May 11:

• Connor Lewis Beers, of 4780 Mockernut Ct., was arrested and charged with possession and use of drug-related items and purchase/possession of alcohol while under 21.
• John Yohan Lee, of 1172 Holly Hills Dr., was arrested and charged with possession/purchase of alcohol while under 21.
• Travis Emerson Goure, of 1258 Rivermist Dr., was arrested and charged with possession/purchase of alcohol while under 21.
• Antonio Rex Belgara, of 1102 Holly Hills Dr., was arrested and charged with possession/purchase of alcohol while under 21.
• Marisela Cruz-Pacheco, of 4017 Burns Rd., was arrested and charged with hold for immigration and battery.
• Sulamita Morla, of 3600 Charleston Ives Dr., was arrested and charged with battery.

May 10:

• Bryan Keith Armstead, of 4788 Castlewood Dr., was arrested and charged with simple assault.
