The City of Lilburn's new and improved website is now up and running. The site launched Thursday after an eight-month redesign process with CivicPlus, a website provider for governments across the globe.
The new site at www.cityoflilburn.com provides Lilburn residents a more efficient way to request city services and is also a cleaner and easier to navigate.
“The City of Lilburn redesigned the website as part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service. This new technology makes it a breeze for citizens to find information and conduct city business online,” said City Manager Bill Johnsa in a release.
New features include:
- Citizen Request Tracker, where residents can request street repairs or notify the city of an issue.
- Notify Me, a page where residents can sign up for city newsletters, police bulletins, emergency alerts and more.
- Social Media, where citizens can share information with family and friends.
- ePay, which allows people to pay a citation online without having to go to Municipal Court.
